Divorce is an irreversible decision so just think well before you proceed as you have to bear a huge mental and financial pressure.

Great Stuff! I found when going through my divorce that journaling really helped as well as a ton of self-care (baths, runs, painting, candles), adhering to strict routines, and keeping my outside world organized (i.e. keeping my house clean) so it didn't feel like EVERYTHING was falling apart at once.

As far as not calling, also great advice. It just stokes the fires of anger and is definitely not necessary, especially where legal issues linger!

Thanks for the blog. Lovin' it.

I disagree with Tanay. Divorce is not an irrversible decision. There many couples that have gone back to be couples again after they had divorced.

I love the clear advice. I especially like the: do not call your ex! I work with many women on just that topic. Very nice blog.

Did you know that most relationships CAN be salvaged? You may find it difficult to believe that almost every break up for whatever reason…infidelity, plain old lost passion, loss of interest, a stolen heart and worse...even the worst situations you can imagine…like men serving prison sentences have salvaged their relationships. Yes, even Ex-cons have got back together with girlfriends and wives after being away for years!

Free Divorce Advice

One thing that people need to understand about divorce is that they have to move on with their lives. Acting depressed, trying to befriend their ex-spouses, and even going out and treating them as friends let them tread on dangerous waters because it prevents them from living a full life. Best advice is that they should begin anew and just start being happy.
